Zizha is a two bedroom villa of 38mq, split over two levels and is the perfect escape for two or three people.
Every aspect was chosen with love to allow us to share our story of this place, deep in our hearts.
Many details of Zizha connect us to our past, including the ceramic tiles in the kitchen that belong to Rocco’s grandmother and date back to the early 1900’s and the beautiful fountain in the garden that was sculpted 60 years ago for Maria Laura’s grandfather.
There are also many elements of today such as Wi-Fi, smart TV and others that come from our thoughts of Anita’s future, like appliances and devices to help reduce negative environmental impacts.

The villa opens into a bright living room with a single sofa-bed, here you will also find a Smart TV and small dining table with stools. The living
room leads to a simple and well equipped kitchenette and the bathroom is comprised of a washbasin, box shower (90 x 80), WC, bidet and towel warmer.
The spiral staircase will take you up to the lighthouse facing double bedroom and its beautiful veranda overlooking the breathtaking white bay of San Vito Lo Capo.
The garden that stretches 200mq is for exclusive use only, with its outside dinning table, bbq area, solarium area and outside shower.

The villa also includes an outside laundry zone and an ecological island to help you with the recycling system. Parking for one car and bicycle
parking is also available.

This is the place where you never take off your swimsuit, where everything can be accessed by foot, you can forget about carrying around bulky accessories and keep things simple because the real holiday is all here in front of you, on the beach of San Vito Lo Capo.
