Guests will enjoy the Zizha suite on the sea according to the modalities of the short-term rental for tourist purposes (Article 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2017 and subsequent amendments).

Conditions of bookings and stay:

Check-in is guaranteed from 17.00 and check-out is required at 11:00. Reservations are secured with a 40% deposit made by bank transfer*. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of arrival either by bank transfer or cash, together with the signing of the accommodation contract (here fac-simile).

Zizha villa on the beach will be usable for the agreed number of guests declared at the time of booking, including children of any age. For legal and hygienic reasons, at no time is it possible to increase the number of occupants wishing to stay at Zizha after booking is confirmed and the named booker will be held under penalty of breach of the accommodation contract if this is not followed.

Day or night guest are not permitted.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the sum of €150 will be required as a security deposit* for any damage or for the breach of any terms and conditions that may occur during your stay. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease after a full check has been made on the condition of the villa.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellations made before 30 days of the arrival date are free of charge*. Any alterations and /or cancellations made after this will require the deposit made at time of booking to be kept and not returned. In the case of a “no show” an extra 40% of the full amount will be requested by way of reimbursement to the company*.

* These conditions are valid for all stays equal or smaller than 14 nights. For longer stays the conditions will be agreed with the property.
